Saa‧tchi, Charles /ˈsɑːtʃi/
(1943–) a British man who started a very successful
advertising agency with his brother Maurice in 1970. The company made many famous advertisements and became famous for making advertisements for the Conservative Party. After the brothers were forced to leave their own agency, they started a new one which has also been successful. In 2003, Charles Saatchi opened the Saatchi Gallery in London in order to show his
collection of British modern art.
