Peel, Rob‧ert /ˈrɒbət $ ˈrɑːbərt/
(1788–1850) a British Conservative politician who established the first official British police force and introduced freedoms for Roman Catholics. He was Prime Minister from 1834 to 1835 and 1841 to 1846.
