Co‧sell, How‧ard /ˈkəʊsel, ˈhaʊəd $ -ərd/
(1920–95) a US sports commentator (=someone on television who describes a sports game as it is happening) who used to commentate on most American football games on television. He was known for having strong opinions and a voice that was easily recognized.
